Sara, a Baltimore native, has spent her life pursuing her passions. She spent her formative years as a dancer and figure skater, only to move into art in college. She graduated with her B.F.A. in painting and metal smithing and went on to own her own business.
A prime subject of her work was always the body, drawing from her experience and love of dance and movement. It seemed a natural segue into the world of body work. Having dealt with a lot of pain in life from her physical endeavors, she has a keen understanding of the pain and the dysfunctions that her clients come to her with.
Upon completion of her studies at Baltimore School of Massage, she began her career at the Ritz Carlton. Within a year, her dedication led her to becoming the manager. Sara specializes in cervical dysfunctions, utilizing deep tissue techniques. Although she primarily employs the deep tissue technique, she has a talent for making that deep work relaxing.
In July 2017 Sara left to pursue her private practice and expand in her passion of personal training. she believes in the balance of the mind, body, and soul by integrating her work in massage therapy, personal training, and health coaching.
