About Sustainability Wellness
Sustainability Wellness will be relocating and expanding as of June 2018. We will be opening our new location in the Towson/Ruxton area, within the Ruxton Towers. Our new center will be the home of a plethora of integrative health practitioners. Including but not limited to massage/manual therapy, acupuncture, reflexology, aesthetics, energy work, sound therapy, and much more.
Integrative medicine and health reaffirm the importance of the relationship between practitioner and patient, focuses on the whole person, is informed by evidence, and makes use of all appropriate therapeutic approaches, healthcare professionals and disciplines to achieve optimal health and healing.
We offer a facility of quality, modern design, with the most current technology and software available to clients, practitioners, and facilities. We strive to be as eco-friendly as possible by up-cycling, recycling, and being as environmentally conscious with every decision made with our brand. We strive to help our clients and patients sustain their bodies and minds, while together we will help sustain our community and environment, one day at a time.

For massage therapist Eric S. Jones Williams, sustainability isn’t just about helping the environment. It’s also one of the principles that applies to the human body. Eric helps his clients achieve a sustainable state of wellness through rehabilitative bodywork; integrating a plethora of techniques from Structural Bodywork, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, and Visceral Manipulation. He also uses cupping as a form of treatment with an East meets West approach as well as the use of kinesiology tape. In Eric’s treatments, he uses minimal to no oils, lotions or creams. Eric uses a 360-degree approach to help his clients decipher where the alert message of dysfunction is coming from, that their body is signaling with pain or discomfort. Eric best explains his holistic, preventive philosophy in his own words “Just because an area has pain or discomfort does not mean it isn’t coming from somewhere else,” he explains. “Let’s get to the source.”
